How to Measure
For the best fit, measure a garment you already own and love, then compare to the tables below.

Chest: across the fullest part, armpit seam to armpit seam, doubled.

Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Waist (shorts): waistband flat, edge to edge, doubled.

Seat (shorts): laid flat, across the fullest point of the hip, edge to edge, doubled.
