Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility Changed your mind? No problem — just make sure your item is unused and unworn. Items returned damaged, worn, or washed may qualify for a partial refund only. Return shipping is at your cost — we recommend using a tracked service. Email hello@littlemariner.com with your order number to get started, and we'll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's on us. Contact hello@littlemariner.com within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll refund or replace it in full — including any shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm its approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If your refund hasn't appeared within 10 business days of approval, contact us at hello@littlemariner.com.

EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, fully covered by our 30-day return policy.
